Luxoft decided to implement Domain Chapters in response to the new market reality as well as the need to capture, retain, and build value. Implementing Domain Chapters as an additional dimension resulted in the transition to a Matrix organization and incurred a cultural change in which moved from “me” to “us”. However, this collaborative approach was not always an easy thing to realize and came with significant challenges.Key Takeaways

Bio
Raluca Voicu is a professional with over 20 years of experience who is proud of the things she has realized so far from both a technical standpoint (as co-inventor for two patents and driver of many projects which have been delivered on-spec and on time) and from a leadership standpoint (as a leader who has built and guided teams during challenging times).Born in Constanta, Romania, and a graduate of the University of Bucharest Faculty of Mathematics IT Department, Raluca started her career in 2001 as a C++ software developer. She joined Luxoft in 2006 and has grown to achieve her current position driving the Domain Chapters Organization at Luxoft.
A happy wife and mother of three, she continues learning thanks to her children. Along with her family, she is trying to find her way in the new reality, fight for her values, always look at positive aspects, and maintain the willingness to improve.
