Bio
As a visionary leader with a rich background in the healthcare and IT industries, I have a unique understanding of the challenges facing women in the workplace. After leaving middle school in 1998, I immediately started working as a secretary in a nursing home where I quickly rose to the role of Vice Manager. In 2000, I became a freelancer and honed my skills as a process and change manager in diverse roles. Over the years, I've become an expert in the field of change management and an Agile advocate, providing coaching and support to teams and leaders. At Allianz, I've had the opportunity to put my skills and passion into action as a member of the women@work organization team. Our mission is to create a supportive community for women, empowering each other through discussions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership, and coaching. I'm proud to be part of the largest community of women at Allianz, and to work with others who share my commitment to making a positive impact. I am also a proud mother of two children and am grateful to have a supportive husband who encourages me to pursue my vocation. He takes care of the household and kids, allowing me to focus on my work and follow my passion. With a unique blend of personal and professional experience, it is my ambition to make a lasting impact in the lives of women everywhere .
