Session: Discovering actionable strategies that can unlock a happier and more productive workforce
As an example structure my session would include; current challenges, cultural changes over the last decade, HR having a 'place at the table', customer case studies, future trends in the industry, the role of People Leadership in creating great experiences and promoting innovation.
In order to truly understand the workforce experience, organizations should prioritise gathering and interpreting insights in a more sociable manner. It's important to regularly capture feedback through surveys and conversations, and then use analytics to validate the information. With this data, we can work closely with our people to design better solutions and deliver amazing experiences.
But it doesn't stop there - it's an ongoing process of asking, listening, re-designing, testing, learning, and iterating. For HR and People teams, this means equipping them with the skills and knowledge to effectively facilitate this process. Just like we're seeing new skillsets such as analytics, communication, and being tech-savvy play a more prominent role in the HR function, the ability to think creatively, be curious, and design new ways of working are also becoming increasingly important.
My session will talk about ways of using technology to discover how simple changes can unlock a happier and more productive workforce.
