Your day at NTT DATA

Job Responsibilities
• Manage data and provide technical support on Oracle Fusion Cloud platform for Financial, Project, Procurement, SCM, etc.
• Perform quarterly release regression testing and/or partner with key business super users to complete the regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, set up, performance, and functionality.
• Analyse and diagnose problems, develop solutions, and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Manage support tickets through their entire lifecycle, from initial contact to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to relevant personnels on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and best practices.
• Provide clear and concise explanations to Business Users regarding technical issues and solutions via phone, email, online meetings or in person.
• Participate in project implementations and upgrades as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and procedures

What you'll be doing

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications support or implementation. 
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, Procurement, Project Management, SCM, etc.
  • Fast learner.  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal for English and Cantonese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation is preferred.
  • Experience with OTBI, BIP, SQL and PL/SQL.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web services is preferred
