Your day at NTT DATA

• Understand needed business, receive customer’s issue/request, and solve those requests
• Can communicate with customer in Japanese via phone/chat tools and also use English in daily tasks

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn business with procedure and practice them in daily working shift
  • Receive customer issue/request, reply/solve them quickly and exactly
  • Ensure issue/request to be closed correctly with customer’s confirmation
  • Use dedicated tools in working (receiving tickets, update status and information)
  • Work in shifts, on weekend or holiday with full benefits according to Labor Code
  • Communicate with customer to inform job status as well as to discuss in needed case.
  • Follow the direction of Leader or Line manager
  • Report to Leader or Line Manager
  • Guide and follow operators to handle tasks in working shift.


Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work under general direction.
  • Ability to use sound judgment to escalate an issue to a higher level.
  • Displays a methodical in approach to ticket resolution.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates required integrity to ensure excellent client service and retention.
  • Good attention to detail and client focused.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in 24X7 shift structure, based on a defined roster as required.


Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • High School Certification or diploma or equivalent.


Required Experience:

  • Graduated from College or University
  • Japanese (language) skill equivalent to N2 or above
  • English skill in basic level
  • Has logical thinking
  • Good working attitude
  • Good communication skill
  • Conduct request/process in the customers’ instruction guidebook exactly
