Job Summary

The Strategic Enablement team is responsible for NetApp’s commerce systems.  Included, among others, is our CPQ platform.  NetApp is looking for an experienced CPQ Modeler to join our modeling team.  
You will be a member of one or more Agile teams responsible for delivery of configurator User Stories. The CPQ Modeler will work cross-functionally within the CPQ team to ensure the delivery of use stories within the configurator track are aligned with dependent changes in the Pricing and Quoting track.  
The CPQ modeler also has a significant role in quality and is empowered to accept stories as “done”.  Relationships and responsibilities across the NetApp CPQ team, including working with Configurator Product Owner, who is responsible for the product roadmap, while closely collaborating with the CPQ subject matter experts including the Product Configuration Management (PCM) team, PCM leadership, Business Quality team, and others.

Job Requirements

•    Experience working as a Configurator modeler using Oracle Cloud CPQ
•    Provide technical design to business solutions, direct developers and test the modules
•    Diagnose, resolve, and document system issues to support project team
•    Develop integrations with other systems including CRM and ERP systems
•    Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ & Sales Cloud data model (including a thorough understanding of object relationships, BML, SQL, and SOSL), architecture, constraints, governor limits and change management
•    Strong exposure to Oracle CPQ Sales Cloud architecture and implementation best practices
Exposure to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration using pre-built connectors and point to point integration with CRM (SF) and ERP applications (Oracle ERP)
•    Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Oracle CPQ Cloud
•    Strong knowledge of Quoting and Configuration business processes
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization
•    Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions in collaboration with another team member
•    Partner with support team members to effectively deliver product changes and the transition of post go live support activities; provides escalated support assistance as required
•    Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the NPI roadmap, vision, and strategy
•    Assists in developing content related to ongoing process re-engineering
•    Makes joint recommendation to leadership on key decisions that impact CPQ delivery
•    Answer questions and assist in resolving business issues impacting your scrum teams
•    Oracle CPQ certification is preferred.
•    Expert-level, proven abilities delivering solutions using BML, HTML, and CSS.
•    Proven experience supporting Commerce layout, custom CSS, and Commerce rules
•    Customer first mind-set
•    Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
•    Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of Configurator requirements
•    Experience in the Quote to Cash delivery cycle

Education

BTech in Computer Science or a related field required with a minimum of 8+ years Oracle Sales Cloud CPQ experience as a Developer/Modeler/Architect required
