Tech Needs Girls is a mentorship program in Ghana and beyond, where girls are taught to lead and innovate by learning to code. Spearheaded by Regina Honu, this social enterprise moves beyond just technical skills, focusing on critical thinking, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills, thus preparing young girls for a successful future in the technology sector, and challenging stereotypes and barriers along the way.
