Allies can use their positions of influence to advocate for policy changes that directly benefit women in STEM, such as improved parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and equitable pay and promotion policies. By pushing for structural changes, allies can address some of the systemic barriers that hinder women’s success and retention in these fields.
