Although tech talent exchange programs are valuable, they alone cannot close the gender gap in tech. These programs must be part of a broader strategy that addresses systemic issues like biases in hiring and promotion processes, the gender pay gap, and the lack of supportive policies for work-life balance. Only then can we hope to create a more equitable tech industry.
