Bhushan Ivaturi (Moderator)
Bhushan brings over two decades of international leadership in the business of
technology, with experience in shaping and leading transformation in multiple
industries, diverse cultures and in different business cycles. At Enbridge,
Bhushan drives digital strategy and oversees critical functions such as
TIS (Technology and Information Services), cybersecurity and data. He actively
supports Women in Technology and serves on the Board of Directors for the
Calgary Spark Science Center. Bhushan holds advanced degrees in Information
Systems and Mechanical Engineering and continues to pursue ongoing education.
Rebecca Schriver is Enbridge’s Vice President of Technology and Information
Services Gas Distribution and Power with over 20 years of experience leading
technology teams in high tech manufacturing and energy industries. Rebecca is
well-versed in large scale transformation, digital enablement, and IT Operations.
She is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business results, building a
culture of collaboration and developing future leaders.
Diekola Oshinubi is a technology Business Relationship Manager who is passionate
about being a trusted advisor to business areas for providing quality information
technology services, creating innovative solutions, and improving business
processes to meet business needs and increase business value.
She currently supports the Engineering and Asset Management business at
Enbridge. In her spare time, she loves to cook, travel, and dabble in online
content creation.
Debra Grab is passionate about the development of people. Her career started out
in learning and development creating professional, personal and leadership learning
opportunities, which took her to Talent Management. She now works as a Human
Resources Business Partner at Enbridge, where her focus is organizational
effectiveness, talent management, culture, DEI and engagement. As a natural
connector and trusted advisor, she is often noted for bringing more energy than she
takes, in any conversation. Her family, good friends, and travelling brings her joy.
Debra’s favorite tradition is family breakfast.
Ashley Clemens joined Enbridge in 2022 as Maintenance Planning Supervisor for
the Great Lakes Region. She started her career in oil and gas 17 years ago at
BP’s largest refinery. Finding a passion for coaching and people leadership, she
promoted through the ranks of Compliance, Learning & Development and
Maintenance management. Ashley holds a B.S. of Criminal Justice and Criminology
and an M.S. of Occupational Safety, Security and Emergency Management.
She and her husband, Aaron, have three children and enjoy trips to the Smoky
Mountains and Las Vegas.
Gabriela Mendez Kuppe is a Chemical Engineering graduate with honors from the Central University of Venezuela. She worked as a process engineer, focusing on catalyst development
and gasoline blend modeling. She later pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Calgary in Canada, supported by a full scholarship. In 2006, Gabriela co-founded Acero Engineering, an EPC company involved in managing projects related to gas-well tie-ins, new facilities, and compressor stations. She then joined Enbridge, where she has spent the last 12.5 years in various roles, including engineering, technology, and strategic planning leadership within the Liquid Pipelines business unit. Currently, as the Director of Legal Operations, Gabriela is responsible for enhancing the engagement and impact of Enbridge's Legal Services Department in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
