I am passionate about people, project management, process optimisation, visibility and empowering teams in software delivery projects developed at ThoughtWorks, start-ups and leading Australian product companies including REA Group.
I have an appreciation for cross-functional teams, pair-programming, CI/CD, lean, DevOps, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, XP, human centred design and a customer-centric approaches to my work.
I have experience working on large scale distributed team projects (including fully remote).
I have actively been part of conducting interviews ThoughtWorks, MYOB, REA (including various entry Developer programs including DevelopHer, Level up).
