Prior to becoming a Certified Professional Coach, she worked in ad sales climbing the corporate ladder before burning out and realizing she was in need of a change. After discovering coaching, Eliana began focusing on supporting millennials to find and create more fulfillment in their careers. As a coach, she offers speaking presentations and workshops with the goal of helping individuals learn key strategies and the necessary mindsets needed to set goals and create the success they desire in their careers.
