Antonella Pasquariello
AVP - Global Technology Service Experience Regional Lead, FM Global
Antonella Pasquariello is an experienced professional with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is recognized for her ability to meet client needs and enhance business processes with creative solutions. In 2018, after taking a break to focus on her family, she shifted her career from Learning & Development to the technology industry by joining FM Global’s IT group. She played an essential role in their technology adoption efforts, using her expertise in performance consulting, talent development and business process enhancement. Antonella is continuously advancing her career in technology and has been recognized for her role in digital transformation. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother, a fur-mom to a lovely Goldendoodle, and a first-generation Italian-American with a deep connection to her heritage. Antonella enjoys playing drums and golf, and she lives by the motto: "You're never too old, it's never too late, and if someone asks, 'Why you?'... always answer, 'Why not me.'"

She has also been named as one of the Leading Academic Data Leaders in 2022 and also one of the Global Data Power Women 2021 and 2022 by the Chief Data Officer Magazine. She is also featured in P.O.W.E.R, the international magazine for women. She is a seasoned Technology Leader with 15 years of experience leading enterprise wide Analytics, Automation, and Optimization projects. Currently, she serves as
Head of Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence at Step Up For Students. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Quality Improvement and Statistics at the University of Houston. Ms. Golecha has been the Keynote Speaker at several world conferences. She is the Global CDO Ambassador and Chair for the State of Texas representing the International Society of Chief Data Officers and CDOIQ MIT. She is an Ambassador at WiDS, Stanford University. She is the Past President of the Texas Gulf Coast Association of Healthcare Quality. She represents Harvard Business School online programs as the Regional Community Leader. She is a Postgraduate in Data Science from Purdue University, an MBA (Finance), and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt”.
Stephanie Cantor
Stephanie Cantor has made her mark in the product industry with over a decade of experience working in companies varied from the early startup stages, ecommerce and larger corporate spaces, but is uniquely seasoned in community-centric products. She currently heads up product for Flickr and is leading the strategic direction for their 112 million users globally.
Stephanie has a passion for building teams, mentorship and DEI. She takes a data-driven approach to problem solving and has a track record of driving growth.

Paula has had a successful international career in large technology multinationals such as IBM, Salesforce, and Workday working in 4 continents in the last 25 years.
She went from being a Software Developer in Brazil to becoming the Chief of Staff to the IBM CEO in the UK and achieving other C-Level roles during her career. Being a young female immigrant in Tech, she learned that doing a great job wasn't enough to get recognized. It was also important to communicate it with confidence.
