We’re looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our India Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in technology sales. You’ll join a supportive and successful team of ISR’s in India, and be selling to existing users of New Relic software, converting them from our free-tier to a paid subscription. The role will expose you to a wide variety of industries and organisations, with even more variety in the challenges they face. What you'll do
- Work and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities within our free-tier customers, converting them to paid customers via subscription.
- Have conversations with customers and prospects to help them understand and realise the benefit of New Relic and the added value subscribing provides.
- Forecast accurately and provide consistent pipeline.
- Work with usage and engagement data to help shape and influence your pipeline strategy and priorities.
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing and other departments to better engage with your territory.
- Work closely with demand generation to ensure streamline processes and optimise turnaround time.

Bonus points if you have
- Previous experience in technology sales or sales (AE, Account Management, Renewals, BDR, SDR)
- Understanding of SaaS, or cloud solutions - observability would be ideal!
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
- Previous experience of converting customers to paid subscription.
