Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives within the NetApp portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and HPC technologies and solutions, as well as experience with NetApp products and services. As a pivotal member of our team, you will support our technical solution specialists and manage advanced pre-sales AI opportunities. You will work on strategic deals, enabling field sales and pre-sales technical teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our clients.
Job Requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on AI solutions within the NetApp ecosystem.
• Design and architect AI solutions that align with customer business objectives and integrate seamlessly with NetApp technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations for customers and at industry events.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to pre-sales technical teams, including account reps and solution specialists.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and NetApp product updates to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of NetApp products and AI applications.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence product development.
• Assist in the development of business cases, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Drive initiatives to increase the sales team's AI capabilities and knowledge through training and enablement programs.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on AI and data management solutions and NVIDIA and AI ISV’s.
• Strong technical background in NetApp storage and data services.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pre-sales and working with sales teams in a technical advisory capacity.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator, AI/ML certifications) are a plus.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Equivalent Experience Applicable.
A minimum of 12 years of related experience is desired.
