The Role

The HR Change Lead at Kyndryl is responsible for leading & supporting change management for global HR Transformation projects & initiatives. HR Change lead is a primary liaison with HR leader(s), Transformation team(s), Communications & other key stakeholders; tracking milestones, raising risks & issues and reporting status. They independently take program output and design enablement plans & supporting presentation deliverables & ensure active and visible sponsorship from leaders.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience incorporating the full lifecycle of change management, working on large-scale, cross-functional transformations.
• Experience developing and deploying change activities globally. Tactics include, but are not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications strategies and plan, organization design and culture assessments, training and enablement, change adoption measurement, and change readiness activities.
• Experience leading and/or supporting work streams, identifying and executing deliverables within your assigned project and supporting the overall management of project timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills.
• Ability to influence others at all levels and move toward a common goal and definition of success by applying best practices for co-creation and leadership engagement.
• Human-centric approach to designing and executing change management strategies, with an emphasis on the user or employee experience
• Growth minded with ability and willingness to learn and apply knowledge quickly
