This role act as the interface between the clinical customer, Service and the Engineering team. They focus on collecting user needs and user experience requirements. Individuals in these roles typically have a clinical background or experience in a healthcare provider setting.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Owning all clinical deliverables for program release
- Provides clinical input into risk management aspects of the product.
- Owning usability testing, including all formative and summative testing required for release.
- Coordinating with system/product teams to understand subsystem impact on system clinical needs.
- Working with regional teams to support application training, customer clinical questions, and translating clinical requests into platform/system requirements.
- Supports in investigating and arriving at acceptable solutions for Clinical and Application issues from the field
- Oversees clinical validation and support IQ testing
- Having in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Using judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Take new perspective on existing solutions.
- Using technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing
persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field. - Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited university or college / M.Sc. in Imaging and Radiography
- Experience in the Engineering/Technology & Clinical Applications.
- 10+ Years of experience with a clinical background or experience in a healthcare provider setting.
- Awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
