What You'll Do:
Missions:
- Prepare quarterly sales bonus reviews for the Leadership team, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the presentation of key metrics
- Collaborate closely with the BI team to ensure compensation reports are complete, accurate, and provide actionable insights
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the company’s Compensation Philosophy through data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis on global and regional performance with different levels of granularity
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and efficient
- Process large data sets into visual and easily comprehensive insights using various data sources such as Anaplan
- Administer and maintain Anaplan models, ensuring they are up-to-date and efficient
- Administer Target Letters distribution (1300+ individuals) each quarter via a custom-built tool (Docflow)
- Ensure high data quality and provide in-depth analysis to deliver Sales Compensation recommendations to Top Management
- Create and manage dashboards/tools to facilitate daily operations for Sales Ops teams or to highlight emerging insights
- Identify and implement process and tool improvements (run post-mortems, create action plans, collaborate with IT for implementation)
- Communicate regularly with Field Sales Ops and engage with the Sales Ops community to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, Comp & Ben, FP&A and commercial teams across the world
- Edit and create Training documents on Sales Compensation processes and topics
Who You Are:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (all communications and meetings are in English)
- Experience in Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or Finance with progressive responsibilities
- Experience working in complex, data-driven, matrixed environments (international scope)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and projects concurrently
- Advanced PowerBI or Tableau skills, particularly in handling large datasets
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Anaplan knowledge is a strong plus
- Proactive, a fast learner, comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, and a strong team player
