Educational initiatives should be created or expanded to attract and retain more women in technology fields from an early age. By introducing and sustaining girls’ interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) through coding boot camps, scholarship opportunities, and mentorship programs, a larger pool of women will be equipped and empowered to engage in the development of tech policies.
