The benefits are proven:

2. Fresh air helps improve oxygen flow to the brain, which can increase alertness, reduce feelings of fatigue, and promote clear thinking.
3. Exposure to natural (sun) light also enhances serotonin production, improving focus, reducing stress, and increasing energy levels.
4. Additionally, staying active helps regulate sleep patterns, reduce anxiety, and provide a much-needed mental break, allowing you to return to your work feeling refreshed and more capable of handling challenges.
5. Running/walking in nature helps thinking the bigger picture behind the problem solving, presenting ideas.

Personally, I run or jog every morning, and if I miss it, I make sure to catch up in the evening. On days when the weather isn’t cooperating, I simply walk inside my home or climb stairs.
