Intersectionality, a concept initially introduced by Kimberlé Crenshaw, recognizes that individuals' identities are interconnected and cannot be examined in isolation. By understanding and leveraging the complexities of intersectionality, organizations can proactively cultivate an inclusive environment that embraces diversity in all its dimensions.

Oana Iordachescu is a Talent and TA Executive Advisor and DEI Strategist with over 15 years of experience in Technology Talent Acquisition and DEI solutions.
