Session: User experience design = relationship design
Often, people think of user experience as it relates directly to a product. User experience is really around the relationship you build with your users and encompasses all touchpoints, including brand, marketing, and customer service. In this session, I will discuss why this change in perspective is important and outline best practices for approaching all user experience challenges with a brand, product, and marketing mindset.
