Jess Johnson is a tech lead for Fullscript, and has been working in software since 2016 when she graduated with a degree in Computer Science. Jess believes that all problems are fun to solve, but has spent most of her career working in the search and relevancy domain as delivering performant and accurate answers is her passion. Recently, Jess has shifted to focus on using AI technologies to drive innovation and offer efficient solutions for data retrieval. Outside of work, you can find Jess exploring Ottawa’s beautiful green spaces with her friends and dog, traveling the globe, or playing guitar.
