Start. Uh I want to share a little story about my profession, about my journey, my journey since the beginning of my career, I think a position is a comprehensive framework.A position without creativity is like uh the body, without the spirit, without energy, without inner spark, a profession will always be just um something stress factor associated with deadlines with high risks. My profession, my position really is my way to my I guy education is the sphere of my inspiration, sphere of my passion, creativity in education means core leadership, cooper, operation and innovation. The energy of creativity, uh The interaction of dreams can only work with the synergy of communication and interaction. Education is really an endless. The only past now brightly illuminated now mysteriously dark with breathtaking ups and downs that break us to pieces. Every time.

Every day we teach, we alone reform, we transform, acquire actualize. And what is the K wrote here? I think this week Humans A I front humans and A I, I believe in technology, just like I believe in the soul of a teacher. I drive my inspiration for your um uh humanistic initiatives. And of course of technological lives of mankind. But uh today we live in the era of um really fast aging of information, their information doesn't have time to turn into knowledge due to a rapid jump into in new industrial revolution. It's not even about theoretical knowledge, making practical skills but uh their anticipation in the conditions of the transit violence of trans science and sub industries. Uh people create technologies, technologies creates impact uh the impact uh determines their ecosystem uh processes.

And at the next level of their development, it's technologies that generate new technologies and design new innovations, formal education today produce a blueprint for the future of a specific industry. Only to a small extent, non formal education, lifelong learning or one. The job training can narrow the gap between uh theoretical formal knowledge and practical professional skills. But it's uh not about them making of moving objects with their mind, but building motivation, bridges to develop uh the taste for aqui knowledge, learn to appreciate them after taste from the practical application, ignite the patient for innovation thinking, each of us can do it in relation to uh students, to colleagues, to friends and like minded people.

I'm sure that's uh both men and women face essentially the same challenges in the professional ecosystem. The attitude to these challenges is in its nature individual rather than gender specific. The multiple of women lies in their capacity to perform multiple tasks, juggle multiple professional and social roles. Adaptability.

The ability to ring you. Our emotions help prevent professional burnout. Then corporate today, corporate world is a structural problem system where the most uh scalable solution should be identified to use uh only innovative strategy to be a citizen of the world. Your thoughts must be safe.

Then ecology of our thoughts is one of the main powers of our child. Today. The information traffic uh generated by all our gadgets and social media can be a toxicity and point for our mental and physical health guard and respect yourself, cultivate optimism. Everyone has already um confronted the problem of adapting to the condition of uncertainty and maybe um how the state the stressful transition into the remote mode of teaching and learning became um some dation point for many national education system. From this uncertainty, the system have taken it into the next level. This flexibility being the main feature they acquired. And we are talking here not only about uh adaption of non-standard conditions, conditions in different standards supply to ensure the performance of our professional fund countries, but also getting ready for the new elasticity of our skills, transforming them for their educational well being.

Mm I think you should agree with that. Um Never before have educational system been so ritualized by academic volunteering, international interactions and networking support, live streaming of million seminars, forum conferences, acted as a circular system that reviewed everyone alive in educational and maybe not on the educational system in stressful uh condition of permanent urgency, deadlines our emotional systems uh goes into high gear.

We run around a corporate may change direction, looks ways out, get tired, have rest, move on collision with colleagues at times, rich and deadlocks and start them this corporate race again. And um maybe that's fine uh for long as you can still breathe despite the shortness of breath.

But to imitate innovations, engage in creativity, be a passionate professional in your industry. Sometimes you need to declare some silent regime. If you like even force yourself to stop in the middle of this place and raise your head, the world is really wider, loftier and more spacious than this corporate name and more powerful in such um silent mode. When nothing happens, you begin to feel love yourself should create yourself. My device always is intact and not yet be yourself. Your uniqueness is um in distributed respect yourself and your souls. They are really voices of our souls. Long to listen to yourself, listen to others venture, to assume responsibility, look for like minded people, appreciate your position, for sure.
