Your day at NTT DATA

Este rol participa y se encarga de la instalación, integración, implementación, configuración y gestión de fallas. Participar de manera activa en la investigación de las necesidades del cliente, generar el diseño de la infraestructura y llevar a cabo la implementación del proyecto.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Interactuar con clientes para la resolución de incidentes complejos.

  • Coordina las actividades de los ingenieros, en línea con los objetivos de desempeño, monitoreando la calidad del trabajo.

  • Redactar informes y propuestas, y completar y mantener la documentación del proyecto.

  • Apoyar con la documentación de los procedimientos operativos relacionados con instalaciones y reparaciones.

  • Participar en trabajos de diseño de mayor complejidad.

  • Involucrar a los proveedores para escalar prioridades o errores encontrados durante las implementaciones.

  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea relacionada según sea necesario.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

  • Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales de Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Informática, Electrónica o afines.

  • Experiencia avanzada (Nivel 3-4) con tecnología Meraki.

  • Nivel avanzado (C1, C2) de inglés, tanto conversacional como escrito y lectura (será evaluado).

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

  • Certificación Cisco, Juniper, Aruba y/o F5.

  • Certificación Cisco Dev Net.

HABILIDADES QUE SON UN PLUS

  • Experiencia con SDWAN.

  • Experiencia con Aruba y Palo Alto

  • Experiencia con Python y Ansible.

  • Experiencia/interés en GenAI y Machine Learning.
