Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer in the NetApp’s Keystone organization, you will be responsible for leading and
executing our most challenging and complex projects. You will be responsible for decomposing
complex problems into simple solutions, understanding system interdependencies and limitations and
engineering best practices.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible partnering with technical and
product leaders, mentoring and developing others. You will be a key player in helping NetApp stay
ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
You are expected to have a strong technical point of view, be a great team player and work with
internal and external stakeholders with trust with empathy.
Job Requirements
Understanding of front-end coding and development tools and at least five years of professional
experience developing UIs
• Knowledge of wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
• Understanding of tools for visual design and wireframing with attention to detail
• Coding proficiency in React and Vuejs
• Should have knowledge on optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Work with backend developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing
• Ability to contribute on customer design issues and escalations
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate and possession of strong analytical abilities
• Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently, maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required (Computer science preferred) and/or, relevant
experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in UI Development and UX methodologies
