ITヘルプデスクサービス(Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot..)関連の導入検討・実装のデリバリー案件において、リューション検討等の提案活動や移行プロジェクトにおいて技術的な観点でのリードとして案件を推進する。デリバリーのプロジェクトについては要件定義から移行までの構築プロジェクトの技術リードが主な役割となります。(構想策定に関するプロジェクトの対応もあります)
We consult, build and operate in-house IT help desk services for companies.
We need to provide services that use the latest IT technology to solve problems on your own and prevent problems before they occur, rather than relying on traditional human support.
We are looking for someone who can lead these efforts.
In IT help desk service (Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot...) related introduction and implementation delivery projects, you will drive projects as a technical lead in proposal activities such as solution considerations and migration projects. For delivery projects, your main role will be to be the technical lead of the construction project from requirements definition to migration. (You will also handle projects related to concept formulation.)

・プロジェクトマネジメントの一般的なスキル
・コミュニケーション能力(プロジェクトにおいて直接お客様のリーダーとの交渉・調整ができること)

・PMPなどプロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格
・英語

・Experience leading projects related to IT help desk services
・Skills related to IT help desk solutions (Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot...)
・General project management skills
・Communication skills (ability to directly negotiate and coordinate with customer leaders on projects)
