As part of our growth, our Technology Strategy and Transformation team is recruiting experienced consultants in Information Systems Architecture and Strategy F/M.

Your Missions:

You will be called upon to work with management committees, Directors of Information Systems, and Digital Directors to carry out missions:

  • To develop IT master plans and target architectures supporting the ambitions and strategy of the company.
  • To conduct architecture studies to transform or rationalize the clients' application landscape.
  • To carry out strategic studies for management committees to help arbitrate major technological investments.
  • To set up enterprise architecture offices or units (incl. Design authority, architecture support for projects) to drive large-scale transformations while maintaining control.
  • To frame complex projects with significant impacts on the existing information system.
  • To lead, pace, and deliver complex transformation programs always aligned with the value generated for the business.
  • To support the identification and choice of the best solutions (benchmark, consultation process).
  • To support the identification and choice of the best partners (specifications, calls for tenders).

Recruitment process: It generally takes place in 3 stages of interviews (HR, business, Partner) your English will be tested as well as your hard skills in the context of case studies (guided) that may be proposed to you in an interview. The interviews serve to discuss your career, evaluate your skills and expertise, and answer your questions.

Your Profile:

  • Graduated from higher education (business or engineering school), you have a successful experience of at least 2 years in Consulting in Information Systems Architecture.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A range of interpersonal skills: very good relational sense, adaptability, listening and communication skills, and your sense of service.

Your experience has also allowed you to acquire a very good knowledge of:

  • One or more business sectors (Industry, Luxury, Retail, Energy, Automotive, Health...).
  • One or more business domains (Sales, Finance, Supply chain, HR...).
  • Technological solutions that enable and accelerate the digital transformation of the Company (Cloud, IoT, APIs, Big Data, Micro-services, Containers, Gen AI,...).
  • Methodologies and Frameworks that allow managing the implementation programs of this transformation (Agile, DevOps, SAFe, TOGAF...).
  • Enterprise architecture tools/repositories (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq).
  • Data governance, management of repositories/master data, and data integration/exchange.

You have, in particular, one or more strong competencies among the following:

  • Integration architecture: ESB, MOM, iPaaS, APIs, Data Streaming.
  • Cloud architecture: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
  • "Agile" solution architecture: Micro-services, containers & orchestration.
