While open and transparent communication is essential, it's only part of the solution for breaking the glass ceiling. The barriers women face in reaching upper-level positions are complex and multifaceted, involving societal stereotypes, unconscious bias, and a lack of mentorship and opportunities. Therefore, while fostering open communication is a step forward, comprehensive strategies, including policy changes, diversity training, and proactive mentorship programs, are necessary to effectively dismantle these barriers.
