Write up a few of your success stories using the STAR method and practice them out loud. The STAR method is a structured way to answer interview questions. The letters in STAR stand for:

Situation - Describe the specific situation or challenge you faced
Task - Explain the task or goal you achieved
Action - Describe the steps you took to address the challenge or accomplish the task
Result - Talk about the positive impact your actions had on the situation
