It acknowledges the reality of women's often dual roles in work and family life and provides the means to manage them effectively. However, for these arrangements to be genuinely transformative, they must be available to and encouraged for all employees, regardless of gender, to avoid reinforcing stereotypes and ensure that flexibility is seen as a universal advantage, not a gendered concession.
