Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that focus on shared characteristics or life experiences. Companies can support the creation of ERGs for minorities, women, LGBTQ+ employees, and other groups. These groups can serve as safe spaces for employees to express themselves and can also educate their colleagues about their experiences, fostering allyship within the workplace.
