Engage in Continuous Learning

The work of an ally is never done. Engaging in continuous learning about gender equality, feminism, and the specific challenges that women face in the workplace and in society helps allies stay informed and adapt their support strategies over time. Participating in workshops, reading relevant literature, and seeking out diverse perspectives are all ways allies can continue their education.
