Hackathons and competitions are excellent ways for individuals to showcase their skills, learn new ones, and network with industry professionals. However, women’s participation in these events, especially in areas like blockchain security, is relatively low. Organizers need to create more inclusive and women-friendly hackathons, possibly with women-only teams or mentorship programs. Encouraging more women to participate can help them gain visibility and confidence in their skills.
