While the tech consulting sector has made strides in recognizing the importance of gender diversity, the existing ethical frameworks are not sufficient to ensure the protection and promotion of women in the industry. There is a pressing need for more robust ethical standards that specifically address gender biases, provide clear pathways for women’s career advancement, and implement strict measures against discrimination and harassment. The current ethical guidelines tend to be general in nature, leaving room for interpretation that may not always favor gender equality.
