Veneta Limberova
VP of Programs & Operations at WomenTech Network
Veneta Limberova is an award-winning human rights activist, legal expert and LGBTQ+ member. Limberova is a lawyer, activist, and former chairperson of the Youth LGBT Organization Deystvie. Limberova had been an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights since becoming a parent in a same-sex relationship. She fought to expand LGBTQ+ family rights in the European Court of Justice and moderated an event on Protecting Human Rights through Policing Hate Crimes against LGBTI Persons at the Council of Europe. Limberova had also been featured in videos by We Are LGBT Action, as well as articles by Reuters.
