I am a results-driven leader with a true passion for quality service and making a difference in my organization. I give 110% to everything I do. I have over 30 years with the same organization in increasingly responsible roles across service and technology. I currently oversee 4 teams totaling nearly 40 people for a geographically diverse organization with over $10B in assets, and ~2100 employees, serving in the role of Data Center Manager. My teams are high performing teams made up of dynamic, multi-talented individuals who put their heart and head into everything they do and I am so very proud to be able to serve in a leadership role for them. I am ITILv3 certified, and have basic working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ServiceNow and project management.
