My name is Nimmy Nemlin, and I currently work as a Technical Program Manager at Google Germany, with over 14 years of experience in the tech industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse, cross-cultural teams across the globe. Originally from India, I’ve called Munich home since 2014. I’m a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and women’s empowerment, actively contributing to several communities that support these causes.I’m deeply passionate about leveraging technology for good, solving complex problems, building high-performing teams, and mentoring the next generation of talent. I’m also dedicated to advancing equal opportunities in STEM and have shared my insights as a speaker, moderator, and panelist at various global conferences.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, baking, connecting with like-minded people, and spending quality time with family and friends.
