Inclusion and diversity key topics in any industry but even more so in Blockchain. Why? Because blockchain is about inclusivity, change and equality.As the host and founder of Women in Blockchain Talks, I recognise the importance of creating a safe place for women to come and learn from other dynamic women in the industry.
If we truly want to increase the numbers of women coming into tech/blockchain then we need to speak their language to attract them in the first place. WiBT does this via the power of personal stories.
Bio
Lavinia is the founder and host of 'Women in Blockchain Talks', a community-led platform to elevate women in the Blockchain sphere with the purpose to encourage women to explore the industry and create a career in it but also highlight all the dynamic and powerful women already in the industry.Representation matters, and blockchain is the future (of works), therefore it is important that we all take our place in it.
