Session: Build quality culture on a scale-up environnent
Your startup is starting to scale, you see the number of hotfixes increasing from one release to another, customer feedback on bugs is accelerating and you think it is the right time to have a dedicated Quality Engineer? You are the first Quality Engineer of a team of dozens of developers and products and you wonder where to start?
Implementing a quality of service culture requires pedagogy and change management practices, especially when it's on a scale-up environment.
I have joined MANGOPAY in 2017, I had the experience of being the sole QA of a team composed of 40 people and have changed mindsets on the team positioning and value of quality. In 2 years, I went from 1 QA to a QA department, with more than 12 engineers divided into 5 teams with clear processes and a perceptible added value at all levels of the company.
In this talk, I tell you my story and share with you all the leverages I was able to implement to support scalability through quality!

She began to take an interest in quality assurance from her internship experiences by testing products and services for INFOTEL, then for Groupama.
These experiences sparked her passion for quality control and she joined Dassault Systèmes to become a quality assurance engineer for R&D products.
From 2016, her global experience in quality control is put to good use at MANGOPAY (end-to-end payment solution for marketplaces) and Leetchi (the largest social pot platform founded in Europe).
