Dr Hema Durairaj is a Senior Data Scientist at Publicis Sapient Pvt. Ltd. performing Digital Business Transformation. She completed PhD in Machine Learning & Deep Learning for Computer Vision. She contributed for projects such as Demand Forecasting, Smart Pricing, Promotion recommendations, Integrated Product development etc. using state of the art techniques in AI/ML. She is an honor student graduated with first class distinction. She is Microsoft certified data Scientist associate(DP100). She is an ICERM,USA summer research fellow (2019) and CSIR,India Summer research fellow (2020). Recently, She was appointed as the Subject Matter Expert, Research Advisory Committee (RAC) @ Madurai Kamaraj University,India. Her research expertise includes developing, testing and deploying machine learning Models (Microsoft Azure ML studio-AutoML, ML pipelines, Python SDK, ML flow) using Pyspark, GenAI, GPT, LLM, Data & Feature engineering, predictive modeling, EDA, Descriptive Statistics, Bayesian modeling, Data Visualization, CNN’s, GAN's for Computer Vision models. Her renowned research works are published and has received numerous global citations. She spearheads the data science team for sustainable ML model building & deployment using a large dataset for clients and organization to produce deliverables. By presenting use case solutions to External and Internal stakeholders effectively, She supports the clients to make appropriate decisions to reduce cost and increase revenue .
