The candidate will work as part of a global team responsible for the development of test processes and their transfer to production. That includes the development of test programs for the parametric test of discrete components on the wafer, verification, implementation, and continuous software support.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Development of test concepts, and test programs for parametric testing of discrete components on wafer level
  • Electrical characterization of components at wafer level to support our technology development, yield engineering and quality teams
  • Installation, correlation, and release of test programs for production
  • Ramp-up support, yield optimization, test time reduction and continuous improvement of the test process
  • Creation and update of consistent test project documentation

Qualifications:
 

  • Completed studies in the fields of information technology / communications engineering / electrical engineering / physics
  • Knowledge of electronic measurement methods
  • Programming knowledge in C / C ++ / Java are beneficial but not a must
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
