 We are looking for a Licensing Manager DACH (m/f/d) for the Institutional Sales DACH department at our Heidelberg site.

Role responsibilities:

  • Execute defined sales strategies for the DACH market in alignment with the team Institutional Sales DACH
  • Initiation of new sales channels, acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in close coordination with the team Institutional Sales DACH 
  • Needs for analysis of customers and independent preparation of offers
  • Regular reporting and presentation of results and sales activities
  • Participation in library congresses and exhibitions
  • Collaboration in internal project groups if required
  • Internal and external management of all processes accompanying the sale (a.o. SNCSC, Licensing Control, Finance, Marketing, Salesforce)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar positions with proven sales record
  • Knowledge of the STM market and the German library market
  • Willingness to travel
  • High level of communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Ability to present and pitch strategies and products to external and internal partners
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Result-oriented work, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, flexibility and decisiveness
  • Ability to work in a team
