Job Summary

Business Systems Analysts focus primary on individual business processes and systems throughout the FP&A function. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with hands-on experience on Oracle EPM cloud modules to support implementation and ongoing initiatives on Oracle EPM Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders effectively, gather requirements, document business processes, and provide business insights.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with end users to understand their processes and requirements and communicate business needs to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EPM implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems. 
• Drive efficiency in FP&A processes by automating manual tasks and processes globally.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle EPM projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Manage/Support On-Perm systems while we migrate over to EPM Cloud.
•  Engage with vendor service support groups to bring resolution to system performance or other processing issues.

Job Requirements

•       Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting or a related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience.
•       Highly skilled in Oracle EPM Cloud - Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
•       Strong experience in Oracle EPM implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and support.
•    Strong EPB Cloud experience with Financials (Expenses, Revenue, Capex, Workforce) modules are preferred
•    Strong technical skills on Oracle EPM components (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Load Rules, MaxL and MDX)
•    Experience with data integration/interfacing from other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP Oracle, SuccessFactors, Salesforce) and/or data warehouses a must.
•    Solid understanding of accounting and planning concepts
•     Excellent analytical, system design and problem-solving skills. 
•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders, at all levels.
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to collaborate with other team members.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
