Position Summary

Our capable Associates lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies and industry best practices —as well as innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable technology solutions. Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must
- Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
- 2+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, for customers of all sizes
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
- Knowledge in Payroll and Excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions
- You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
- You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more Time Tracking and Absence implementations for at least two phases
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
