What You'll Do:
Criteo is in search of an organized self-motivated Retail Media Account Strategist, to join our Enterprise Activation Team in Seoul.
You will be supporting our Retail Media business, an exciting and growing product within Criteo’s product suite. You will be responsibility for the day-to-day relationship with the Retail Media customers, ensuring we are meeting their goals, and being a pivotal part of growing these partnerships. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to drive strong business results, deliver outstanding customer experience and industry leading insights; lead and coordinate a virtual team with our supporting functions (Analytics, Technical Solutions, Creative Services); develop strong client relationships and deeply understand their business, anticipate future challenges and bring innovative solutions.

Drive yearly/quarterly/monthly Account plan with advertisers, addressing risks and opportunities.

Provide top level strategic account management to client to ensure retention and satisfaction

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients establishing as trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level

Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices

Run virtual teams internally to ensure that these key clients have the resources they need to deliver growth.

Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue

Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies, negotiating additional budgets along with upselling new Criteo’s products

Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue…).

Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service

Drive and lead internal account management related initiatives with strong collaboration from cross-functional teams including technical solutions, analysts, creative and products

Create personalized proposals and deliver presentations to clients on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
Who You Are:
-
At least 5-7 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media for ecommerce players or brand agency experience. Expertise in Retail, or Consumer Brand verticals is highly preferred.

Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention.

Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and up-sell new products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise

Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, and ad ops would be an advantage.

BA/BS university degree

Fluency in English and Korean
