STEM careers can be challenging, with failures and setbacks being part of the research and development process. Resilience is the ability to face these obstacles head-on, learn from them, and persist in finding solutions. For women in STEM, developing resilience can also mean overcoming gender biases and working to establish a presence in traditionally male-dominated fields.
