While leadership development programs offer invaluable support and resources to women in tech, they are not a panacea. The effectiveness of these programs often depends on how well they are integrated with a company's culture and whether there is a genuine commitment to diversity and equity at the top. Without systematic change, even the best programs can only go so far.
