Although there have been initiatives aimed at reforming education to be more inclusive of women in tech, much more is needed. Curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment strategies all play a role in either perpetuating or challenging the gender gap. A systemic overhaul of how we educate and inspire future generations in STEM fields is critical.
