In order to support women in STEM fields, there needs to be a strong foundation of anti-discrimination policies. These policies should specifically address and mitigate gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and any form of bias against women. By creating a safe and inclusive environment, women can more freely contribute their talents and skills. Implementation should include regular training and a clear, supportive process for reporting and addressing discrimination.
